Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION • RESCHEDULING • DEPOSIT • All appointment changes (if possible) can be made through your confirmation text/email or by texting me directly! • Cancellations MUST be made 48hrs prior to your appt time. **If you're experiencing an unpredicted medical/family/personal emergency within the last 24hrs OR less, please reach out to me asap for possible resolution** • Same day cancellations or anything less than 48hrs notice, will be charged 50% of the total service you would've been provided. • No-call, no-shows will not be allowed to book anymore & will be charged FULL total/100% of service that was booked. • A $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required upon booking. This will go towards service and remainder will be due the day of appt. Message me privately for my Zelle or Apple Pay to send. Leave memo blank when sending. If you do need a reschedule within the allowed time frame, your deposit can be moved over ONCE to a different appt. • Additionally, a valid card MUST always be on file for your appt, but you WON'T be charged unless policies listed aren't followed. • There is a 10-15 min. grace period when running late. I often work back to back, so if you're more than 10-15 min. late, your appt may be cancelled & charged 50% of the service for the missed slot. In the event I can still service you- we'll only work with whatever time left & you'll still be responsible for the FULL service total. You are not guaranteed an appointment after 10-15 min late. NO EXCEPTIONS.
